Standard products

Key covers, key chains and car accessories can be returned within 7 days if unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

Custom-made graphics and wraps

Custom-manufactured wraps, decals and name plates are made to order for your specific vehicle and are non-returnable, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Key shells and key services

Key shells that have been cut or programmed are non-returnable. Key cutting, key repair and key programming services require a valid RC (registration certificate) and government photo ID at the time of service, and ownership of the vehicle is verified before work begins.

Damaged or wrong item received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp (9899646436) with photos and we will arrange a full replacement or refund.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Because most of our products are custom-cut to your specific bike/car model (vinyl graphics, wraps) or cut to your specific key/lock (duplicate keys, remotes), the following applies:

- Custom-cut graphics, wraps, and duplicate keys are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once cut, printed, or cut-to-key — except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong design/model sent).
- Defective or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 98996 46438) with photos of the issue; we'll replace or refund at no extra cost.
- In-workshop services (PPF installation, key-cutting, wrapping) are non-refundable once work has begun, since materials are cut/applied specifically for your vehicle/key.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
